Positioned on the tranquil curve of secluded and picturesque Lime Tree Beach and set right on the sea, this fun, lively, open-air restaurant located within the tropical 24 acre Bluebeards Beach Resort & Villas provides an idyllic beachfront location that combines incredible natural beauty with an unrivaled view and a great atmosphere to make "Captain Fergie’s on the Beach" the perfect setting for a relaxed day with great food and fun drinks.

With bright skis and seas and brilliant tropical flora everywhere you look, you’ll be at ease in island dress as you wander in from the beach with sand between your toes. On our long sandy beach overlooking the turquoise waters, you’ll find the best the island has to offer.
Past the terrace facing the bay, tall palm tree sway in the breeze and waves lap quietly along the beach. Here, you can dine right on the beach literally, enjoying the sounds of the soothing water. The dining is casual, incredibly delicious and everything you would expect from a seaside restaurant with success to the freshest seafood and choicest beef in the Caribbean.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served on a tropical covered terrace. Sun-worshipers wander in from the beach and visitors arrive to enjoy a menu of excellent salads, great sandwiches and a wide selection of exotic frozen drinks. The entire restaurant is open air and consists of three separate dining areas. The main dining area is closest to the beach and features grill tables with comfortable loveseats for two and remarkable seaside views. The walls are decorated with colorful art depicting the more humorous scenes from the pirate’s era, and with the handsome life-size and life-like version of our house pirates at each establishment, you will find you have many great spots and opportunities for snapshots.
Enjoy the beautiful sunset views from this gorgeous restaurant as you have a front row seat for the evening cruise ship departures. Our dinner menu offers a unique format in the respect that you can cook it yourself if you choose. We have dining room tables with inset grills that offer the diner the flexibility of grilling a wide variety of entrees themselves including satays, steaks, chicken or kabob while enjoying appetizers and a salad course. Your side dishes are delivered when you’ve finished cooking your entree. Or, of course, you can have the chef prepare everything for you. The full-fare menu features creative American/Caribbean cuisine and includes wonderful pasta, veal, seafood and steaks dishes, or sandwiches and salads if your looking for something just a bit lighter We also offer a nice selection of specials daily. You can sip champagne, rum punch or enjoy one of our wonderful frozen drinks or snack on one of our tasty appetizers while enjoying St. Thomas’s breathtaking sunsets as viewed from the sea.
We have a large bar area with great cocktails and frozen drink menu’s and plenty of seating on the grassy area near the beach for those who would like to relax in comfort with hammocks for those who would like to take it one step farther. There is a television for your viewing pleasure at the bar. And here you’ll find the ambiance is pleasant and the staff is very friendly.
And a refreshing swim is never far away, farther down is the beautiful pool-bar with swim -up seating for those who prefer not to even leave the water for their cocktails, and plenty of seating around the pool and on the beach.
We also offer a wide selection of catering menus, ranging from simple to full-service sit down dinners, and have the perfect facility for you to hold your special event at.
The restaurants and bar are open 7 days a week, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and attire is casual. Reservations are recommended for 6 people or more, call for take-out or reservations for large parties. A children’s menu is available, as well as accommodations for large groups. Gift certificates are available in any denomination, perfect for friends and family who are preparing to visit the island and Fergie’s T-Shirts are mailed daily. Plenty of nighttime parking is available in front, with taxi drop-off and pick-up at the lobby (entrance).
